User Researcher - Meta Analysis Research

Responsibilities
· Transform qualitative data into actionable insights and illustrative infographics to drive decisions with product and incubation teams
· Communicate research insights using visual elements
· Coordinate with multiple leads and understand the needs of product and incubation
· Use data from multiple sources to create infographics and various data visualisation
· Champion the good practices among the function and enforce a constant improvement
· Manage timelines and efficiency on tasks created and coordinate multiple resources at the same time.
Required profile
· Strong expertise in communicating research insights in a compelling and actionable manner
· Capabilities in visual communications, infographics, and data story-telling are a plus.
· Experience in market or user research, preferably including experience working in a product company or research agency
· Professional with a proven track record of managing multiple user research teams in multiple locations
· Strong communication skills, excellent time-management, and multi-tasking
· Autonomy and leadership in decision making, you will have direct contact with stakeholders, ensuring a relationship of trust and good communication
