User Experience Specialist for Ticketing Platform
Budget: $10 – $30 AUD
I'm seeking a User Experience specialist who can help improve the current workflow on our ticketing platform. The main goal of this project is to increase user satisfaction.
Currently I have ticketing platform for events. Previously it used to have a lot of charity focus and mandatory to provide those details.
I just need someone to look at our current post of :
- create event
- view event
- buy ticket experience
- view dashboard for reports
Then suggest on flow would be improved. This includes restructuring fields in the form, suggestion on layout for events page, buy ticket experience and then reports.
You need to visualise in figma as well. Don't need fancy but enough so developer knows what changes to make
Ideal skills and experience for the job:
- Proven experience in user experience (UX) design and research
- Strong understanding of ticketing systems
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work collaboratively and incorporate feedback
