Job Description:
UX Team in Business Transformation @ Etiqa Singapore is a dynamic team that focuses on user-driven approach to drive design outcome and innovate new opportunities to better serve our customers’ needs while transforming with the fast-paced business needs. We believe that UX design is more than just user interactions and therefore we value your knowledge in UI design, value diversity of knowledge that will influence the UX of solutions.
What you’ll be expected to do:
⁃ Apply design thinking process in projects and collaborate with stakeholders to translate customers’ needs into design prototypes
⁃ Apply information organisation practises to improve access and find-ability
⁃ Design for multiple platforms (mobile, desktop, conversation etc.)
⁃ Create designs that address different use scenarios
⁃ Apply universal design techniques to achieve inclusivity
⁃ Maintain design system
⁃ Visualise complex information and concept into simple/ intuitive way in design channels and touch points
⁃ Work with a cross-functional team/ stakeholders (business, tech, marketing) to develop effective and sustainable outcome.
Our requirement
⁃ 3 years or more experience in the space of UX/UI space
⁃ Able to collaborate within team to drive business outcomes
⁃ Willing to challenge status quo and take risks
⁃ ‘just do it’ attitude (able to find ways to get things done)
⁃ Strong portfolio in visual, graphics, sensitivity towards typography, colour and layout is a plus
⁃ Strong sense of curiosity, take initiatives to improve and enhance current state of things
