Simple PowerApps Canvas needs a UX which pops

My company has developed a simple PowerApps Canvas solution for our client in the UK. Around 10 ‘screens’. Mostly selection lists with filters and search bars plus a few tabbed data entry screens. This is a very simple workflow solution. Solution is functionally working fine but the UX is dull and boring. We don’t have UX designers. We do have a client style guide so we have some good design input on colour schemes, fonts, potential logos etc which we would like to use as input to match the clients requirements from a branding perspective. Our app is due to go live the first week of January. We are looking for someone who could take the MVP project and focus on the UX to give it the wow factor. Maybe just a few days work for a talented individual. We have other releases planned and other projects in the pipeline so could be a repeat gig if we work well with the person we select.
