We’re launching a gut health clinic that combines functional medicine, Ayurveda, and at-home diagnostic testing (via a lab partner). We need an expert to help us design the complete end-to-end user experience and logistics flow, optimized for mobile.

What You’ll Do:
1. Map the Full Customer Journey:
• From “Book a Free Consult” to supplement delivery
• Include GFT kit dispatch, sample pickup (via Shiprocket/Pickrr), test report handover, consult flow, etc.
2. Design a Mobile-First Website UX:
• Homepage, consult booking, “how it works” section
• Optional: Dashboard (login-based flow for results & progress)
3. Logistics & Ops Flow Mapping:
• How to automate forward + reverse logistics for test kits
• Which tools or APIs to plug in (Shiprocket, WhatsApp, CRM, booking software)
• SOP for manual handoffs (e.g., report redaction, booking follow-ups)
4. Deliverables:
• End-to-end flowchart or journey map (PDF or Miro)
• Low-fidelity wireframes (Figma preferred)
• Toolstack & integration suggestion for tech + ops
• Optional: UI mockups
