SENIOR PRODUCT DESIGNER
The role
We are looking for a talented Senior Product Designer to join our Experience Design Team here at Exo Digital. This is a multifaceted role where you will be part of developing client solutions and internal products.
Our pride and joy comes from identifying and solving genuine user problems. You’ll be across both the Exo and client team to support you on this journey. You’ll be responsible for understanding client challenges and resolving these with exceptional designs.
What you’ll do
Drive development forward to the highest standards
Take the lead on conducting and analysing relevant research and providing support to team members
Conduct research using a variety of methods
Drive user-centred design from pitch, proposal to delivery
Create prototypes which demonstrate proposed solutions
Collaborate with other designers to test new concepts and share feedback
Who you are
A seasoned UX/UI designer
Extensive experience with micro-interactions and motions
Strong visual design background
You enjoy being on the tools - even though this won’t be all the time
Experience with card sorting, diary studies and user interviews
Experience with analytics data, A/B testing and other quantitative sources
Excellent communication skills
Curious cat seeking new research methodologies and bettering team collaboration
