About the Role:
We are looking for a highly experienced Senior UI/UX Designer with FIGMA to lead the design of intuitive, user-friendly interfaces for our Opland ERP system. You will be responsible for crafting seamless web and mobile user experiences across various ERP modules (Inventory, HR, POS, Finance, Production, etc.). This role requires deep design expertise, a strong understanding of enterprise product workflows, and the ability to translate complex processes into elegant design solutions.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead the end-to-end UI/UX design process for web and mobile ERP applications.
Collaborate with Product Managers, Developers, and Stakeholders to understand requirements and design user-centric solutions.
Create wireframes, prototypes, user flows, and high-fidelity mockups for various ERP modules.
Conduct user research, usability testing, and gather feedback to refine designs.
Develop and maintain a design system ensuring visual consistency across the product.
Ensure designs are responsive, accessible, and optimized for various devices.
Guide and mentor junior designers, providing feedback and support.
Stay up to date with UI/UX trends, design tools, and best practices to continuously enhance user experience.
Key Requirements:
8–10 years of experience in UI/UX design, preferably with ERP or enterprise software.
Strong portfolio demonstrating complex product design, preferably in SaaS or B2B.
Proficiency in Figma, Adobe XD, Sketch, Illustrator, Photoshop, or similar tools.
Deep understanding of user-centered design principles, information architecture, and interaction design.
Experience working in Agile development environments and collaborating with cross-functional teams.
Strong visual design skills with a good eye for typography, color, and layout.
Familiarity with HTML/CSS basics to understand design feasibility (coding not required, but a plus).
Excellent communication and presentation skills.
Preferred Qualifications:
Experience designing for ERP systems, HRMS, POS, or Finance modules.
Knowledge of designing dashboards, data visualizations, and workflow-driven applications.
Familiarity with React-based or Next.js design components.
Experience in mobile-first design for hybrid or native apps.
