Senior UX/UI Designer

In Latin America for Less (Peru), we are looking for a Senior UX/UI Designer to help us execute creative designs, conduct final-user research and propose solutions to problems in the organization's own flows and processes.

We are looking for a professional with experience in:

Adobe XD, Figma, Adobe Suite.
Product design processes (Research, execution to visual design).
UCD (User Centered Design), planning and conducting activities related to user research.
Usability tests, user research, rapid prototyping, heuristic analysis and accessibility.
Agile methodologies (Scrum / Kanban).
Web application design.

This is a LONG TERM CONTRACT with all the Benefits according to the Peruvian law regulation.
