Seeking UI/UX Designer for AfghanVerse – A Socio-Economic Metaverse Platform | Equity-Based Collaboration

Project Overview:
AfghanVerse is an ambitious metaverse initiative aiming to create a next-generation digital platform where social interaction, user-driven economies, and digital ownership converge. Currently in the MVP development phase, the platform is being built for long-term scalability and public launch.
At its core, AfghanVerse is about creating a seamless, engaging, and meaningful user experience—enabling people to interact, build, earn, and explore within a modular and future-ready virtual environment.
Your Role:
We are looking for a creative and user-centric UI/UX designer to help us shape the early interface and experience of AfghanVerse. Your input will directly impact how users connect, interact, and navigate through this immersive digital world.
Key Responsibilities:
Design the MVP user experience from the ground up
Create intuitive and engaging UI for key sections like onboarding, dashboard, user profiles, marketplace, and social features
Collaborate closely with Unity developers to implement the designs in-engine
Build interactive prototypes to present to stakeholders and potential investors
Ensure scalability and responsiveness across platforms (mobile, desktop, VR in future phases)
Collaboration & Compensation Model:
This is currently an equity-based collaboration (due to pre-investment stage)
Fair equity distribution based on real contribution and commitment
Potential for fixed compensation once funding or revenue is secured
All IP and financial rights will be governed by a formal agreement
Future Revenue Streams:
Sale of ownable digital items (NFTs)
Premium subscriptions for added services
Interactive advertisement space for brands
Partnerships with educational, commercial, and cultural organizations inside the metaverse
Ideal Skills & Tools:
Proficiency in Figma or Adobe XD
Strong UX sensibility, especially in interactive and gamified platforms
Familiarity with Unity or Unreal integration is a plus
Ability to create clickable and functional prototypes
A creative mindset for designing scalable, user-driven experiences
