SaaSify an old ERP style software with UX and UI

We have a 20+ year old ERP (enterprise) application software which needs some love through UX and UI. we're looking for freelancer(s) who can help us explore how we can bring the platform into modern design and then start fine tuning designs for the new SaaS version. This project will be composed of multiple research, design study, and iterations. So we need someone who can help with a strategy and framework around UX/UI work as well.
