I run a competitive UK local service website.

I need a strategic homepage redesign that improves structure, authority positioning, internal linking, and visual layout — while keeping the existing theme and keeping profiles visible on the homepage.

This is NOT a basic copywriting job.
This is NOT a full website rebuild.
This is NOT a migration.

I need someone who understands:

Local SEO homepage structure

Content hierarchy and authority positioning

Internal linking strategy

UX layout for competitive SERPs

Section flow and visual segmentation

Deliverables:

Full homepage wireframe (section-by-section layout plan)

H1/H2 hierarchy structure

Clear authority positioning strategy

Internal link placement map (which pages to link and where)

Guidance on how content should be broken into blocks (no long text dumps)

CTA placement plan

Layout that works within an existing theme

Profiles must remain on the homepage

You are not required to write final copy.
