Intelligent Service to make Leicester a ‘Smart City’. You need to support this by utilising
appropriate published scholarly literature that you can find through Google Scholar, IEEExplore, ACM Library.

You need to use a set of Case Templates for your Service Design as we used in class so far. All your
completed Case Templates need to be embedded in your single submission report. Each of the
templates needs to be accompanied by text walkthrough i.e. introducing the template and briefly
summarising it. The same applies for your sketched service component prototype – this sketch
needs to also be accompanied by relevant text walkthrough that explains the purpose of the service
component, the key intelligent (and non-intelligent) features and associated data streams and data
dependencies.
