Redesigning desktop website for Mobile/Adopting website for mobile

I need a web application that is optimized for mobile use. The Design should be a simplified version of my existing desktop website, with mobile-specific t elements. It should support resolution up to 1080p. This is something I need to get done quickly, as this is vital to our organization's adoption of a new platform.
