Online Tutorial Portal Wireframes

I am planning a full-scale online tutoring portal that will lean on agentic AI to streamline learning and administration. Before moving into development I need every screen, flow, and micro-interaction mapped out in a set of clear wireframes, then stitched together into a clickable prototype so stakeholders can experience the product end-to-end. Core journeys to visualise • Tutor-student matching from search through booking and payment • Virtual classrooms embedding an interactive whiteboard • Role-specific dashboards for students, tutors, and administrators Inside the classroom each session must demonstrate real-time chat, video conferencing, and screen-sharing working in harmony, with placeholders that indicate where the AI layer will suggest resources, monitor engagement, and create automatic summaries. Deliverables 1. Low-fidelity wireframes covering public pages, onboarding, dashboards, lesson flow, profile management, messaging, and admin controls. 2. High-fidelity screens built in Figma , using responsive grids down to mobile. 3. Clickable prototype linking every primary path, including error and edge cases, so it can be tested on web and mobile. 4. Annotated file (or dedicated page set) explaining AI touchpoints, data inputs/outputs, and any third-party integrations assumed. Acceptance criteria • All listed features are represented without dead ends. • Navigation remains consistent across the three user roles. • Prototype loads smoothly in a browser and on a phone. (shareable version) • Handoff file is organised with components, styles, and naming that developers can reference immediately.
