Need an ui/ux mobile application design

in The SOSMobile company , many employees come to work in car ,The company has flexible working hours which allow employees to manage –in part- their departure times and
of arrivals.

the company wants to set up a carpooling service open only to her employees.

Your task is to design a model of the mobile Application


The application shall provide company personnel with the ability to consult
travel offers between the company and their home. The application will only be
accessible only by company employees. Anyone can submit a
offer of transport (free) between two places, one of which will be
necessarily the company.
The offers can be consulted on a
desktop computer, on a mobile phone or on a tableAe.
The mobile application will have the following functions:

- The connection ;

- The creation of an offer;
this offer could be regular (Tuesday at 3 p.m. for example) or occasional (Tuesday 28 January 2014 at 6 p.m. for example);
- The deletion of an offer by its author
- The consultation of the offers and the means of contacting its author (mail and telephone).
