Need to create a business directory website design in figma and convert it in vue js nearly 30 pages

I am looking to create a business directory website design in Vue JS (Frontend). The purpose of the directory website is, where user can add/list their business on our website something like justdail or indiamat. I do not have a preferred design or layout in mind, so I am open to suggestions and welcome ideas.
Web Application should be with cool and great UI/UX, mobile responsive, Fast loading speed and Seo Optimized pages & structures. Also Need to do unique frontend design on vue js from scratch .
