UX/UI Designer Needed – Multi-Vendor Car Rental Platform

We are looking for a skilled UX/UI Designer to join our project and design a multi-vendor car rental platform.

The ideal candidate has hands-on experience with similar projects, such as car rental systems, booking platforms, or marketplace products.
A strong UX research background is required, not just UI design.

Arabic speakers are highly preferred, as the platform targets Arabic-speaking users.

Responsibilities

Lead the UX/UI design process from research to final UI
Conduct UX research to understand user needs, behaviors, and pain points
Design intuitive user flows for:
Customers
Service providers (vendors)
Admin dashboard

Collaborate closely with the product owner and developers
Ensure designs are scalable, usable, and ready for development

Required Experience:
Proven UX/UI experience in
Car rental, booking, or marketplace platforms
Strong knowledge of UX research methods
Experience designing complex flows and dashboards
Proficiency in design tools (Figma preferred)
Clear communication and documentation skills
Fluency in Arabic is a strong advantage

User personas
User flow diagrams
Information architecture (IA)
High-fidelity UI designs
Interactive prototypes (for usability testing & handoff)
Design system or UI components
Design handoff for development
