Looking for Web3 Full Stack Dev

I have quite a few projects in the works and my Dev just passed away. I currently have a DEX. The Farming Token Smart contract is nearly complete. Need help with making a White List sale of the token. Also will be forking aave v3 have graphics already. You will need to modify smart contact + ux/ui as outlined in the documentation. I will need some customized functions please don't apply if you can only copy and paste smart contracts I need someone who can take an idea and work out how to build the solution in Web3.

For Payment I have been burned in the past I pay as work is completed never in advanced.
