UX Designer Data Visualization for Power BI

As a Designer, you will contribute to the development and delivery of design artifacts to support the Business Intelligence team, under the Power BI platform, you will help to develop standards, best practices and documentation.

Responsibilities:
· Work closely with businesses to transform needs into design concepts, and intuitive user interfaces.
· Build around data visualization to empower business decisions.
· Work on experiences that are optimized for a wide range of devices and interfaces, including phone, tablet and desktop.
· Build user journeys around how different users will use data and the Power BI to build intuitive dashboards that are built around the user.
· Contribute to the further development of a unified design system in order to ensure consistency across design solutions.

Who you are:
· You have a minimum of 3 to 6 years of UX experience.
· You have a strong portfolio that showcases a variety of projects, your creative process and final designs.
· Awareness in 1 or more of the following: Visual Design, Interaction Design, Service Design.
· You can work across the entire design process, from problem framing and conceptualizing design directions to the final handoff.
· You are proficient with the most common design tools.
· You are open to receiving and providing constructive feedback.
· You are proactive and have an experimental mindset.
· You are aligned with our principles: customer-centric, lean, service-oriented architecture, self-motivated, transparent.
