Looking for Creative Professional Ui/Ux Websites Designers - No Intermediaries - Long term collaboration
Budget: $8 – $15 USD
I need to integrate my group of collaborators with a Creative, Professional Ui/Ux/animation/Graphic expert and artist (scientific approach and extreme creativity) to expand services offered to my customers and provide sensational websites that go far from a common website. Most of the time, our websites will be made on WP using Divi Builder. This is what my team daily use to manage the “normal activity”, create new posts, landings and pages etc. for the average website. The Designer I’m looking for will be able to create amazing intros (using any technology but compatible with the site), and shape the Ui/Ux in a fancy and original way, without compromising the builder functions. He will work alone or with other collaborators of mine (like SEO, SMM, Basic Web Designer, Coder…) under my guidance and coordination.
I cannot make experiments. I cannot award any project to dreamers or wannabes. I cannot waste time with promises, goodwill and people who have an “ army of employees” experts in any field. I want to get in contact ONLY with the real professional who will put his hands on my projects. I don’t want intermediaries. I want to be able to call my collaborator at any moment and make adjustments on the fly if it’s needed. I repeat again this concept before you waste my time. other than I’m asking is time-consuming. I’m not here to read all the general proposals of any freelancer! I cannot work with intermediaries! I don’t need a multi-service agency and I don’t need someone that is specialized in other than this. If you are an honest and skilled Ui/Ux and animation professional and you are looking for a long term relationship, this is your project.
I will need standard fees for standard works and the professional MUST stay within the budget and deliver the job in advance (NOT IN TIME - IN ADVANCE! I want people that know exactly how long time a job will take and take the right margins to stay on time. I’ll never work again with someone that provides a price and a date and then doesn’t respect them. Projects are made by several people depending on each other. If a single gear doesn’t work properly, in time or in the budget, damages will affect the relationship with my customers and the work of other professionals.

Please, in your proposal provide examples of your best active works. I will check with the owners of the websites you provide. If you worked for someone else in white-label, I will have to check with the agency that offered you the job you are showing me. If I cannot check it, I will not consider it, unless you copy the same stuff in another domain and show me that you can do anything you want on that project in real-time, because it’s really yours and you know what to do easily. For example, I (or my coders and collaborators) will ask you to do some random modification, just to test if you are really able to do it. I’m sorry to be picky but is very difficult to find real professionals here in an ocean of promises, improvised experts, people with “armies of collaborators” the cannot provide a single sample of the “ industry” they try to sell.
A serious professional doesn’t make fake proposals. A serious Professional READS ALL the Documents and details of a job before making any proposal. So, to show me you are a professional, in your proposal write “I’m a rreal Professional” (write rreal WITH TWO “r”!) and add a quotation to make from scratch this website that I consider as the basic skills you need: 404 . it .
