UI/UX Lead

This role requires a driven and enthusiastic individual with a passion for creating simple yet compelling user experiences!
Responsibilities and Duties:
Help to define the user model and user interface for new and existing products and features.
Develop high level and/or detailed storyboards, mockups, and prototypes to effectively communicate interaction and design ideas.
Gauge the usability of new and existing products while making constructive suggestions for change.
Explore product concepts to find promising directions that address both human and business needs.
Make complex work processes feel intuitive and understandable for end users.
Stay apprised of emerging technological trends, and understand their impact from a design perspective
Acquire and develop broad understanding of the customers’ needs, the company’s product(s), and the business goals and initiatives of the company.
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s Degree in related field
2 - 4 years’ UX/UI experience working with a software product preferred
Understanding of HTML, CSS and JavaScript
Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite: XD, Illustrator and Photoshop
Ability to translate user and developer input into solutions
Excellent understanding of principles of interface design and use of interactive technologies to build relationships with users.
