Jamshidbek Project Discovery Session

I’m at the very first steps of an initiative I’m calling “Jamshidbek.” Right now the concept is wide-open: it might evolve into a piece of software, a fresh visual identity, a content platform—or a blend of these. Before committing resources, I need an experienced consultant who can help me define a clear direction, surface the primary objective (sales growth, brand visibility, user experience, or another metric we uncover together), and lay out an actionable plan.
Here’s what I’d like from this short engagement:
• A concise project brief (2-3 pages) translating our conversations into recommended scope, goals, and success metrics.
• A high-level roadmap with key milestones, approximate timelines, and suggested phasing.
• A rough cost range for each milestone so I can allocate my budget intelligently.
We’ll kick things off with a call to discuss the vision and constraints, after which you’ll research comparable solutions and prepare the deliverables above. Experience in product discovery, software architecture, UX, and brand strategy will be invaluable. My aim is to wrap this discovery phase within a week, giving us a solid foundation to move into execution.
