Help improve my figma UX

I have an app I've designed in Figma, but need help improving the design. Looking for someone to take a look at my Figma file and improve the design, layout, and iconography. Just help me make it look slick and cool. I have a lot of screens and modals / pop ups, so I'm not looking for a screen-by-screen redesign, just a more general template to follow for the screens. For example:
I want a cooler looking menu / navigation bar
Better designed popups
Better usage of drop shadows
Help organize the elements as frames and slices
Help me build a style guide
Help me get it ready for export to swift
My max budget is $500. I will not go above that, so please do not bid unless you're okay with this.
