UX/UI and HTML/CSS/Javascript responsive calendar design and frontend build

I would like a quotation for a diary page - details below;

Functionality

- Page designed and created

- Responsive monthly grid view

- Stacked tasks per day with different colours for direct types of tasks

- To create a task use a modal to display for the user to add task details

- To edit a diary entry display within a modal with the same format as new diary entry

- A display/list separate to the monthly grid showing tasks which are outstanding (i.e. past their completion date).

- Fields : Selectbox (3), textarea (1), datetime picker (1)

- Area within the modal to display the displays about the task
