UI-UX For Mobile + Web(PWA app) using flutter.

Hello designers,
We're looking to create a Flutter app(Mobile + Website) have you done a mobile and website elements that match the flow smoothly? Flutter can be the same code-reused on website and mobile exactly, so have you worked on UI UX project that was smoothly done for WEB and Mobile(IOS and Android). Its like a PWA app. We will have around 11-12 pages. We need the file format of the UI design to be in Figma/Wireframes or whatever is needed for the developer. We also need custom animations on clicks/scroll....etc .
We also ask for you to sign an NDA before disclosing any information about the project, as our manager asked not disclose any information without signing a contract. We have all visuals/elements documented to help you understand what we're looking for. Can you deliver in 3-4 days?
