* Independent Penetration Testing by NCA-certified firm
* Bilingual Content Governance via WordPress CMS
* Training & Knowledge Transfer (6 hours)
* Annual Support & Maintenance (Year 2)
Requirements:
* Proven track record with enterprise WordPress projects for government or institutional clients in Saudi Arabia
* Deep understanding of the Saudi market and local digital standards
* Expertise in UX/UI, CMS governance, bilingual content management, and AI integration
* Ability to provide a detailed solution architecture for the AI Agent
* Clear timeline with milestone deliveries
* Independent Pen Test by NCA-certified consultant
