Enterprise App UX/UI Modernization - Only for USA based candidates.
Budget: $25 – $50 USD
Our internal platform has entered an enterprise-wide modernization phase and I need a seasoned UX/UI developer to guide the visual and interaction overhaul over the next six months. The commitment is remote, on-demand—roughly 10–15 hours each week—but I’ll lean on you whenever a sprint demands extra design horsepower.

The product is squarely in “enterprise app modernization” territory. Core functionality exists, yet its interface and complex workflows feel dated and inconsistent. My primary objective is to realign every screen with an updated design system so teams can develop faster and users can navigate with less friction.
What needs the most attention
• User interface design: translate legacy screens into a unified Figma library, build responsive layouts, and polish micro-interactions.
• Workflow optimization: map out current multi-step processes, spot bottlenecks, and prototype leaner flows.
Guiding principles
Consistency with an overarching design system is non-negotiable. Every component you touch should snap neatly into that system, complete with documented variants and accessibility notes. Expect to validate improvements with lightweight user research and interactive prototypes before hand-off.
Day-to-day
You’ll collaborate asynchronously with product and engineering, push Figma files, comment on pull requests, and occasionally hop on a short call for feedback rounds. I value clarity over ceremony, so well-annotated designs and concise rationale will move the project forward quickly.
Key tools & skills
Figma, enterprise UX patterns, design systems thinking, prototyping, heuristic evaluation, and a talent for simplifying intricate workflows.
Deliverables & acceptance
1. Modular Figma design system (components, tokens, documentation).
2. High-fidelity prototypes for each optimized flow.
3. Usability validation summary highlighting measurable efficiency gains.
4. Developer-ready specs with redlines and interaction notes.
