Ecommerce UX Audit and Redesign

I need someone who is obsessed with better user experience. I have 1000s of user behavior recordings (using Inspectlet) and need someone to go thru those videos and suggest changes in UX / UI with using Low fidelity designs (wireframes only) in Adobe XD.

I hope to take the suggestions in a document to developers, who will then start working on those changes.
