UI/UX Design for Web/Mobile Software Marketplace

I'm seeking a skilled UX/UI designer to develop an intuitive and engaging interface for a marketplace platform compatible with both web and mobile interfaces. The main purpose of the platform is to facilitate the hiring of software engineers.
We have the User Flow ready, we just need you to do the UX and UI.
Key Requirements:
- Creativity is a must! You must love thinking out of the box designing User Profiles.
- Design should focus on user-friendly interfaces and intuitive navigation.
- Build the onboarding process for the Developer side of the marketplace.
- An efficient 'User Profiles' feature, which is at the heart of the user experience, is crucial.
Ideal Skills & Experience:
- Previous experience with UX/UI design for marketplace platforms.
- Proficient in designing for both mobile and web platforms.
- Understanding of how to create effective user profiles in a marketplace environment.
