UX/UI Design for Australian Tele-health Platform

Hope you're well.
We're looking to hire someone full-time as a UX/UI for design and wireframing of a tele-health platform based here in Melbourne, Australia.
Brief:
Similar to pilot.com.au, getmosh.com.au we will be providing a tele-health platform that enables medicine to be applied for online and be shipped directly to their door via courier. This will be a WebApp.
UX/UI Design Components:
1. Patient Questionnaire Onboarding
2. Delivery of Complete Wireframe Flow of Patient, Pharmacy & Doctor
3. Delivery of UI Design in Frenchie Branding for Patient, Pharmacy/Admin & Doctor (2 Design Revisions Max)
