Design Chatbot UI/UX

We would like to design a chatbot UI which would look modern and elegant. We will provide a character. We would like to have the following specifications.

1. Use of brilliant colours with gradient Please see the picture attached.
 

2. Use of an animation – Please see video-1
The chatbot bubbles should appear as if they are appearing from sea and rising to sky as you can see in the video. Chatbot animation.mp4 (1.9 MB) 00:12 / 00:12

3. Bubble appearance
Rounded with some shadow behind them
 

4. The chatbot border (top) should be same as the colour of the gradient used in the bubble. Please see video-2

Deliverables - Options
Just UX wireframe and sourcefiles - it will be used for brainstorming - static files
Fully dynamic and interactive front end - will be used to integrate with the backend. We will need your help while working with the backend developer.
