CRM UI Navigation Overhaul

Job ID: 39858612

Budget: €250 – €750 EUR

I need an experienced SaaS-focused UX strategist to streamline the navigation of our lightweight CRM. Right now administrative employees and managers struggle to move smoothly through the core flow, so the first measure of success will be seeing them reach key records and reports in fewer clicks and with less confusion.

Expect to dive into the full CRM journey—from first login through data entry, reporting, and hand-offs—mapping pain points, proposing a cleaner information hierarchy, and validating the new paths with quick, low-fidelity prototypes in Figma (or a similar tool you prefer). While visuals always matter, this engagement is less about fresh colors and more about untangling the flow: smarter menu logic, clearer way-finding cues, and a search experience that surfaces what people actually need.

Deliverables
• User-flow diagrams highlighting today’s friction and tomorrow’s streamlined path
• Wireframes or interactive mock-ups that demonstrate the revised navigation states
• A concise rationale document so our in-house devs can build without guesswork

I’m ready to share current screens, analytics, and user feedback the moment you come on board and I’ll be available for rapid reviews so we can keep momentum high. If you’ve transformed similar B2B tools with measurable gains in usability, I’d love to see a quick case study and discuss how you would tackle this one.
