UI/UX Branding and Positioning Websites, create a family feeling

Our company is organized in

3 competence areas: OPerational EXcellence, INNOVATION, BIG DATA ANALYTICS
and vertical "customer-focused-services" by industry AUTOMOTIVE, AEROSPACE, MACHINERY
or by customer size SMALL, MEDIUM, LARGE BUSINESS

We have several websites all working on AWS odoo platform:
- hhandpartners.com (consulting OP.EX)
and a set of subdomains for large business, small business, innovation, automotive, aerospace
- aimakers.eu (consulting INNOVATION)
- opex.academy (training)
- hhdecisive.com (consulting BIG DATA)

These sites are in Italian and may be reached through a VPN outside Europe.
We need someone to carry out an UX UI analysis
- re focus content specializing them on competence/value stream based on customer
- create a family feeling among all sistes
- create a mockup
