A DAY IN THE LIFE.
Facilitating and participating in workshop and design thinking sessions to help unpack the real value of the experience for the different personas.
Working and communicating with multifunctional, Agile teams in a fast-paced, iterative environment.
Translating broad ideas, business and functional requirements into process flows and wireframe concepts.
Translating business requirements into value stories and users stories through defining the experience in thin-slices to support various value to user while aligning with development builds
Rapidly iterate on how to engage users in the research with “just in time” user engagement and agile research practices to evolve solution to meet user needs
Advocating on behalf of the end-user throughout ideation, discovery, research, design and development phases of a project.
Comfort working with tools like Slack, Miro, Mural, InVision, Sketch, Figma and other prototyping and/or information architecture tools.
Maintaining composure and resilience in situations where “adaptability” is required, with the ability to work and thrive in a fast-paced, iterative environment.
Participating in the complete product development lifecycle of digital products, not just design phase, this includes web tools, embedded systems and more.
Working with a variety of web, design standards and creating artifacts, including but not limited to things like wireframes, interactive prototypes, user personas, journey maps, story maps and user stories.
Basic Qualifications:.
Minimum 3-5 years utilizing user experience design processes, methodologies and artifacts, including but not limited to remote user research, collaborative online digital tools (Miro/Mural/Figma), persona creation and process flows.

Strong experience in Content Modeling (Seeing content at lego blocks)
Experience in in Human-Computer Interaction (HCI), Human Factors, Interaction Design, Information Architecture, Ethnographic User Research, or 2 years of equivalent experience
