App & Web/Program Developer

I am creating an idea for a new app/program/site for travel advisors to use...but I really need some guidance on making a plan of how to make the actual program a thing. So I'm hoping you can help me and possibly work with me on it.


The travel industry does over 280 billion dollars a year and I think this idea could make a huge impact.
