App UI/UX Redesign
Budget: ₹250,000 – ₹500,000 INR
1. Develop a refreshed design system and framework for a Retailer App including brand-aligned fonts, colors, icons, and components
2. Assess and design the complete UI/UX across all app functionalities, including:
i) Shop Order Management
ii) Payments
iii) Scheme Tracking
iv) Complaint Management
v) Contact & Support
vi) Training Modules
vii) App Integrations (SAP, CRM, etc.)
viii) Others (alerts, gamification, multilingual support, balance confirmation, etc.)
3. Define detailed user journey maps, task flows, and information architecture for each section
4. Design responsive layouts optimized for mobile-first use, with a focus on accessibility and ease of navigation
5. Provide annotated wireframes and high-fidelity UI designs for developer handoff (delivered via Figma)
6. The final design must incorporate considerations for behavior tracking and analytics tagging, including key tap/click events, navigation flows, and potential drop-off points, to support future performance optimization
Prototyping
1. Build an interactive clickable prototype (preferably using tools like Figma, Adobe XD, or InVision) for 3–4 prioritized workflows, such as Order placement, Viewing outstanding payments, Complaint logging and Scheme performance tracking
2. Prototype should simulate realistic user interactions and journeys for internal and external stakeholder testing, and be suitable for validation sessions with actual users (retailers)
Additional Deliverables
1. Design tokens / UI Style Guide for consistency in development, including a complete design system with styling guidelines, brand elements, and iconography
2. Developer Handoff Kit (with guidelines and assets)
3. Post-handoff support for design QA during implementation to ensure accurate translation of designs into the final build
4. A detailed walkthrough session for developers and product stakeholders to ensure clarity on usage of design assets and interactions
