Web Application Support & UAT Expert

I'm in need of a seasoned IT professional with 8-10 years of experience in providing application support specifically for web applications. This role entails user acceptance testing (UAT), with a primary focus on functional testing, as well as requirement gathering and liaising with third-party vendors.

Key Responsibilities:
- Application Support: Provide comprehensive technical support for our web applications.
- User Acceptance Testing: Conduct functional testing to ensure the applications meet user expectations and business needs.
- Requirement Gathering: Identify and collate both business and user requirements.
- Third-Party Liaison: Communicate and coordinate with external vendors as necessary.
