Web App Manual Testing

Job ID: 40353857

Budget: $30 – $250 USD

My SaaS-style web platform is ready for a fresh set of eyes and a thorough round of manual QA. The goal is to surface any functional gaps, usability roadblocks, or cross-browser quirks before launch.

Scope of work
• Functionality testing, usability testing, and compatibility testing across Google Chrome, Mozilla Firefox, and Safari on current desktop releases.
• Systematically explore every user flow—signup, dashboard navigation, data entry, error handling, and logout—logging clear, reproducible steps for each defect.
• Highlight inconsistencies in layout, copy, or interaction patterns that could confuse end-users.
• Verify third-party integrations and responsive behaviour at common breakpoints.

Deliverables
1. Test plan outlining scenarios and acceptance criteria.
2. Daily bug/issue log in spreadsheet or preferred tracker (JIRA, Trello, or Google Sheets are fine).
3. Final summary report with severity tags, screenshots or short videos, and recommendations for quick wins versus deeper fixes.

Acceptance criteria
• All reported issues include exact browser/version, URL, steps, expected result, actual result, and supporting evidence.
• At least 90 % of documented user journeys covered.
• No high-severity defects left unverified on two browsers minimum.

Testing can start as soon as access credentials are exchanged; staging environment and sample data are ready.
