Usability & Performance Website Testing
Budget: €2 – €6 EUR
I’ve just finished building a bespoke web application that doesn’t fall into the usual e-commerce, blog, or corporate categories, and I want a fresh set of eyes to put it through its paces. Your primary mission is to uncover anything that slows users down or breaks their flow, then log it cleanly in Jira so my dev team can act on it immediately.
You’ll explore every page on both desktop and mobile, paying close attention to navigation clarity, form behaviour, load times, and any rendering hiccups. Whenever you spot an issue, capture the steps to reproduce, the environment details, screenshots or short clips, and a quick severity note. I’m interested in real-world observations as much as technical metrics, so feel free to suggest small UX tweaks if they improve the overall experience.
Deliverables I need from you:
• A complete set of Jira tickets covering usability and performance findings
• A brief summary report highlighting the most critical issues and quick-win fixes
• One round of retesting once my team has deployed the first batch of fixes
