Testing & Signoff App

App designed for a tablet that can be used as a check list & reporting tool for results from testing switchboards. The reults only need small response box for text only. Each section of the testing needs to clearly separate. App needs to include an opportunity to add photos at the end. Needs to uinlcude a space for a signature & date at the end. Once completed, the results should be able to be printed out as a PDF and then stored on a Dropbox file location nominated within the App.
App needs to be clear, simple with good readble font. Blue theme App with simple scroll
