Test NEO Tracker - An Android Astronomy App
Budget: $30 – $250 USD
Android App Testing – Near-Earth Asteroid Tracker (NEO Tracker)
Hello!
I’m looking for Android app testers to evaluate the usability and functionality of a space-themed app I’ve developed.
The app is called NEO Tracker, and it's designed for amateur astronomers or anyone interested in space. It allows users to:
Track near-Earth objects (NEOs) approaching our planet
View brightness (magnitude), distance, and optimal observation times
Calculate azimuth and altitude based on user location
Get alerts for potentially hazardous objects
The app is already functional and will be provided via a Google Play closed testing link.
What you’ll do:
Install the app and explore all its features
Use it naturally for at least 30 minutes
Report the following via email:
Any crashes or bugs
Translation or layout issues
Suggestions for improvement
Anything that felt confusing or difficult to use
Requirements:
Android phone (preferably Android 9 or later)
Willing to test and provide feedback via email
No technical background required (astronomy interest is a plus)
Compensation:
Fixed payment per complete test with detailed feedback
Please apply with:
Your phone model
Your experience with astronomy (if any)
If you've tested apps before (not required)
Thank you!
