Your mission is to log into my sandbox, run everyday freight and dispatch scenarios, spot anything that feels clunky or missing, and then explain what would make life easier for dispatchers, planners, and finance teams. Experience with pure cloud or legacy on-prem tools is valuable too, as it helps me benchmark against alternative deployments.
Deliverables I’m looking for:
• A concise test report that flags usability issues, bottlenecks, or bugs you uncover during typical workflows.
• A prioritized list of must-have and nice-to-have features, grounded in your past implementation projects.
• A short write-up (or screenshare recording) walking me through the real-world process you follow so I can align the system’s flow with industry practice.
