Prototype Android App Testing
Budget: $10 – $30 USD
My Android app is still at the prototype stage and I need a fresh set of eyes to put it through its paces. The goal is to uncover every functional hiccup, usability snag, and performance bottleneck before I move on to beta.
Here’s what I need from you:
• A concise test plan that outlines devices, OS versions, and scenarios you intend to cover
• Detailed bug logs with clear reproduction steps, screenshots or screen recordings, and severity tags
• Usability feedback highlighting confusing flows, unclear wording, or friction points, backed with suggestions
• Performance observations—startup time, memory usage, battery impact—captured with standard Android tools (Android Studio Profiler, Logcat, or similar)
• A final summary report prioritising issues and recommending next steps
Acceptance criteria: every critical and major issue must include reproducible steps, supporting evidence, and an initial root-cause hypothesis where possible. Minor issues and UI polish notes can be batched together.
The APK and a brief feature list will be shared once we start. No code changes are required from your side, just meticulous, structured testing and clear reporting.
