Mobile App & Website Usability Testing
Budget: ₹1,500 – ₹12,500 INR
I need a fresh set of eyes to walk through both our consumer-facing website and our companion mobile app, which runs on iOS and Android. Your core mission is to stress-test the user interface and tell me, in plain language, where the flow feels awkward, confusing, or visually inconsistent.
What I expect from you
• Install the latest build on at least one modern iPhone/iPad and one mainstream Android phone.
• Browse the public site in Chrome, Safari, and one additional desktop browser of your choice.
• Record each session (screen-record or annotated screenshots) while narrating your thoughts so I can see exactly what you experienced.
• Deliver a concise report that groups findings by screen or journey, highlights severity, and offers practical suggestions I can hand straight to design and engineering.
Acceptance criteria
1. Every primary screen—onboarding, home/dashboard, search, purchase flow, profile—has specific UI notes and at least one actionable recommendation.
2. All recordings are clear, time-stamped, and match the written report.
3. Issues are tagged as cosmetic, minor usability, or major blocker so we can prioritize fixes quickly.
Figma familiarity, basic knowledge of mobile accessibility guidelines, and the ability to articulate feedback in simple, constructive language will be highly valued. If this sounds like your testing style, let’s get started right away—I’m eager to see the product through your eyes.
