Manual QA for Web App

Job ID: 40469105

Budget: $2 – $8 USD

I’m preparing to release a browser-based application and need a seasoned manual tester to shake every corner of it before launch. The focus is purely hands-on testing—no scripts or automation—so I want someone who enjoys clicking, prodding, and thinking like an end user.

You’ll open the site in Chrome, Firefox and Safari and methodically run through every feature, paying attention to functionality, usability, layout consistency, links, forms, edge-case inputs and overall performance. Responsive behaviour on different window sizes matters too.

Deliverables I expect:
• A concise test plan outlining the scenarios you covered
• A defect log with clear reproduction steps, severity, screenshots or short clips where helpful
• A final summary that highlights critical issues, nice-to-have fixes, and any pattern you notice across the three browsers

Acceptance criteria: every reported bug must be reproducible on my side using the steps you provide, and your summary should separate blocking defects from cosmetic quirks.

I’ll give you access to the staging URL and test credentials as soon as we start.

If you're worked in taxi/limos/shuttle/transportation sector it's a plus.
