1. Mobile Banking Experience - Perform thorough analysis, provide recommendations on user experience enhancements; app utilization can be maximized, ensuring easy-to-understand UI and comfortable user flow.
2. Online Banking Security - A critical review of our current security measures and providing suggestions for enhancements. Prior experience with IT security and data protection is crucial.
3. Payment Systems Efficiency - Expert analysis of our current payment gateway, with the goal of optimizing transaction speed and reducing system downtime.
