Create a list of 60 beta testing questions for mobile app

I have a new mobile app that we are looking to launch soon and we want to have some people beta test the app. I need someone to look at the app and make of list of 60 questions that we use for the beta test. I simply want a list of 60 questions that we will put on a form for users to follow as they are beta testing.
We want all beta testers to test the same things, so this list of questions you make will serve as a standardized guide to testing the app. Here are some sample questions:
1. Does the Submit button save the data correctly and route you to where you would expect to go?
2. If you Sign Out, does the app sign out as expected?
I will give you access to the app on Android or iOS so you must have 1 of those 2 types of phones.
This is a fairly simple project. Again, all you are doing is making a list of 60 questions for the beta test. You aren't doing any designing or development. I will make a video that shows you specifically what sections to write the questions for.
