Tax return filing in US

I own two C Corporations named Taimatsu Capital Corporation (Nevada State Corporation) and Taimatsu Ventures Corporation (Delaware State Corporation) and one limited partnership named Taimatsu US Ventures No 1 LLP. I need to file 2020 tax return for these three entities as soon as possible since the I passed the deadline. There are no revenues with any of the three entities so the corporate tax should be zero for each. I filed 2018 and 2019 tax return for the entities. I will attach BS and PL for the three entities. I am the 100% shareholder of Taimatsu Capital and Taimatsu Ventures and these two corporations own Taimatsu US Ventures No1 LLP 50% each.
Please parepare and file for 2020 tax return for the three entities by November 15.
