(US - IRS Specialist )Need to know How to set up Own W2 ( US VISA Sponsorship ) Firm in USA remotely
Budget: ₹1,250 – ₹2,500 INR
I am from India ( current Location - I ONLY own Indian Citizenship )
++I have worked as a US IT Recruiter.... and got to understand, that in the US, there are ton of W2 Employers ( mostly run by Indians / Bangladeshi / Pakistani People), sponsoring H1B, F1, OPT, EAD Visa for Alien Job Applicants.
Now, I need to understand, if there is any way, I, sitting from India, can own ( register ) for W2 Firm in USA ( via IRS ), and not just that, if I can remotely, start sponsoring Visa for some Talented People in order to earn a few extra Bucks ?
If Yes, can you help me understand, how complicated all of this would be, and how much cost would it take us to get all the Documentation done ?
*** Need a 40 to 60 minutes session, on how to achieve this !
