Help Me Claim My 6-Year Withholding Tax Refund From IRS USA
Budget: $10 – $300 USD
I have been publishing books on Amazon KDP and Google Play Books since 2015. After realizing that I can claim the 30% tax imposed on my previous US royalties, I subsequently obtained an EIN from IRS by phone. ( I don't have an ITIN.)
